Many study abroad programs are administered by organizations with which CMU has an agreement. Costs vary depending upon the location and length of the program. Affiliate programs offer a pre-departure orientation and a high level of in-country staff support available to students 24/7. Some programs offer scholarships to participants.

Exchange
Exchange partner universities permit a limited number of CMU students to study in another country for one or two semesters.
Irish American Scholars - Opportunity for a tuition-free semester or academic year of study in Northern Ireland. Open to current CMU Sophomores and Juniors with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Programs led by CMU faculty, usually in partnership with an affiliated program provider.

MOSAIC - A collaboration of Missouri schools which offers faculty led programs for Missouri students. The course listing, application form, and transcript of record is maintained by Maryville University.

International Internships are generally unpaid programs offering internship-for-credit opportunities.

Programs that formally integrate community service into student instruction and learning.
Mission Trips
A variety of programs are offered annually through the Office of Faith and Service.
