Today and Tomorrow (1964)

Acrylic on Masonite, by Robert MacDonald Graham, Jr. (1919-2000), student of Thomas Hart Benton. Graham painted this portrait of Otice and Anna Mae Wisner of Osceola, Mo.

Boylston Street, Boston

Oil on Canvas, by Charles Woodbury (1864-1940). He was a master colorist who believed that “color was one of the most universal sources of emotion.”

Unknown Woman

Oil on Canvas, by George Caleb Bingham (1811-1879). This painting was authenticated as a Bingham and dated to around 1850 based on Bingham’s style in the portrait of Sarah (Sallie) Thomas (1850).

Gibson Girl with Velvet Neckband

Pen and Ink, by Charles Dana Gibson. (1867-1944). Gibson’s name became connected with the elusive girl that he made famous in many portraits.

Fall Foliage

Oil on Canvas. Birger Sandzen (1871-1954). His paintings exemplified how enamored he was by the beauty of the Southwest and the Rocky Mountains.

The Haircut (1936)

Oil on Gesso Panel, by Aaron Bohrod (1907-1992). Self portrait of the artist and a precursor to his joyful and mischievous style.
